1) How To Pair Your Raycon Earbuds:
When you first get your new pair of Raycons, the very first thing you should do is follow these simple steps to pair them with your phone:
Step 1
- Make sure the little switch on the inside of the earbud case that says “L” or “R” is switched to the opposite side.
Step 2
- Push both earbuds into the case until you hear a beep. If you don’t hear a beep, switch sides of the switch at the inside of the earbud case and try again.
Step 3
- Put them both in your ears and make sure the cord is not crossed over. If it is, switch sides of the switch on the inside of the earbud case.
Step 4
- Take your phone and open your Bluetooth settings by clicking on the blue symbol at the top right hand corner of your screen (or going to “Settings” on an iPhone). It should look like a device with waves next to it.
Step 5
- Click or tap on both earbuds in that menu and wait for them to connect.
- You’ll know they’re connected when you see a little green check mark appear next to them!
Is it better to use wireless or wired headphones? To this date, I’ve found no significant differences between the two.
Wireless headphones are the ones that use Bluetooth technology to connect wirelessly to your device. In other words, no cords involved! Wired headphones have a cord attached from one earbud to the other.

Which Size Should You Get?
Like most things in life, it depends on how big or small you like them! The whole goal of these bluetooth headphones is convenience,
so they come with 3 different sizes of ear fittings (small, medium, large). These will fit most sizes of ears, but if you’re not sure which size will fit yours, we recommend going with the medium ones.
Why Do They Come with Different Cords?
When you get a new pair of Raycons, they usually come with 3 cords:
Short cord (4 inches long) – This is great for using your headphones at home! It’s perfect if your phone is charging and you want to listen to music/audio or watch something on TV.
Medium cord (9 inches long) – This one is perfect for wearing it on your neck when walking around town or running errands! Long cord (15 feet long!) – This one doesn’t come standard in every package but can be bought separately!
It allows you to clip the earbuds onto the top of your shirt and have a really long cord to move around with!
How Many Devices Can Be Connected At Once?
How many devices can be connected at once is one of the most commonly asked questions about Raycon headphones.
If you’ve got a newer phone from 2012 or later, you’re in luck because it can hold up to 8 devices! Anything that is older than that will only be able to store 4 different Bluetooth connections.
If you want to connect more than 4 devices in total, we highly recommend getting a new phone – they aren’t very expensive nowadays!
Is There A Warranty Included With Purchase?
Yes! Every pair of Raycons comes with a full warranty, covering all manufacturing and electrical defects.
The warranty lasts for an entire year and covers everything that we make here at Raycon HQ!
How To Take Care Of Them?
It’s easy to care for your Raycons – just remember these simple things:
-Use them in clean, dry environments (avoid places like the gym or beach). If they get wet, take them out of your ears and let them dry completely before putting them back in.
Don’t use abrasive objects to clean the earbuds (they aren’t made to be scratched with keys or other hard items).
If you do need to clean off dirt/dust/debris then use a damp cloth and gently rub it until it comes off. -NEVER disassemble your Raycons. If you do, they won’t be able to hold a charge and you’ll void the warranty!
